I know there are quite a few people on ThirdStyle who could probably AAA Through the Fire and Flames if it were ever put on here, but on behalf of us human beings, I would like to make a statement or two about what I think should be done.

Your game has caused me rage so many times, and a couple of times, this has resulted in me pounding on my laptop just hard enough that it causes an abrupt shutdown. I'm coming close to breaking my laptop, and that is something I really don't want to do. To prevent such a tragedy, I recommend doing one thing:

I absolutely HATE it when the tempo changes in the middle of a song without warning and causes a potential full combo to die. At the very least, have some kind of indication like a glowing bar that indicates a tempo change as it crosses the pad.

You guys can debate this all you want, but if ThirdStyle costs me a computer, I will quit and never come back.

That's the point, they are supposed to be more challenging than regular songs, although I will agree that some are a bit ridiculous (monotone) but pretty much the rest of them are easily hitable with enough practice. Adding a glowing light would take the fun out of it. ;(

So, in all seriousness:

1 - It's just a game, calm down, dude. Don't smash your computer up, take a break and come back.
2 - a-mod means you have to learn charts with bpm changes, you can see when selecting levels if they have bpm changes, so it's not exactly a big issue.
3 - Patabaws' idea is amazing, I forgot about that. +1. <3
4 - I hate bpm changes too, but they're part of the game. xD

visual indications would make the game better. it's more frustrating and less fun to have to memorize a file in order to combo it (let alone aaa)

patashu's idea is good. would also be cool to have a flashing lifebar type thing like in SM so you know how high the bpm is at a given point, because the effects of bpm changes and stops are totally lost in sections with no notes, which happens on some easier files

Measure lines won't help because they're constantly spaced across distance - what's changed is how fast they approach

Quite honestly, bars (etc) indicating bpm changes wouldn't help me one bit; if certain arrows are sped up, I notice it and play it again. Even if I had something telling me, I don't think I could prepare enough for it to make a difference.

I'm the opposite of you. I absolutely hate songs without BPM changes most of the time. Please don't take them out, it makes the game more challenging *which you'll appreciate when you get good enough to FC any regular song* and adds variety to the game.

Also, put in insomnia 2 or something like that to TS. I would love it =D

I'm sure you're exaggerating a little, but if you actually are this way, it's probably some sort of psychological imbalance that you should probably talk to your doc about. I'm sorry to be super serious, but I have a lot of experience with these sort of things, growing up with Tourette's and being around people that had issues like that. It sucks to have such intense emotions over everything, definitely not healthy either.
