Heh, this is a good point actually, why don't we have a legit set of forum rules? I mean, I know we just go with the obvious stuff, but it'd be good to have a concrete set for reference purposes and stuff.

Sounds like a good idea, you could add a warning system too, like if one rule is broken, such as multiposting, (i heard that's frowned upon) a warning is added onto your name (which can wear off after X time), and after X warnings, bans are in.
1 warning
2 warning
3 warning = 1 day ban
4 warning = 3 day ban
5 warning = 1 week ban
6 warning = 2 weeks ban
7 warning = 1 month ban
8 warning = perma ban (unless discussed with mods)

multi-posting is frowned upon but if you just do it rarely, it's hardly worth a warning. xD We all make mistakes. :p You're thinking things more like excessive spamming/trolling/flaming/nonsensical posts/etc.
