14.804 - 28.534 : There's nothing wrong with this part itself but it is too similar to the Medium chart, you may want to find something else here.
29.573 - 34.880 : Structure doesn't look good here. You have random 1/8th repeated taps ( like[13]1[34]) and repeated jumps (like [13]4[13]) without logic. Please notice me if I'm wrong.
36.726 - 42.265 : same as above
45.034 - 49.418 : I can't find the resaon of those 1/16th quintuplets, even when listening closely. Overall structure around this part is still rough.
47.918 : not sure why this one is a jump

125.109 -140.339: this part is somewhat better than the rest of the chart. More music relevancy, no structure errors, no inconsistencies... Why ?

The whole chart has prominent weaknesses, the same structure (and the same errors) is repeated throughout the chart...
It needs to be clearer.
Also, the music relevancy is pretty low. You followed the bass with the jumps, added 1/8th between them, random 1/16th sometimes... but that's all.
The part mentioned in green is definitely better.
I know keeping things playable and yet interesting for most players at 260BPM might be a bit tricky, but you can definitely improve your file.

14.804 - 28.534 : same as hard chart (see the note above in Hard chart review)
39.726 - 40.188 : these one-handed russian jumps (call them whatever you want lol, i'm not good at pattern nomenclature) are really tricky compared to the rest, I think it won't please the players.
45.264 : this jump should be in another direction (following patterns have a different 4th jump)
74.110 - 88.648 : the rhythms chosen here are a bit disorienting, i'm not sure if they really fit well here, but it's tolerable
106.878 : Here the jack happend just once in the whole jump part (103.417 to 117.955), so if it's there, there should be a reson behind, except "I felt like putting a jack here".

Better than your hard chart. Less obvious errors and misty patterns... It's quite good actually. Difficulty is correctly dosed and despite some long parts the chart contains various patterns and rhythms making it interesting to play.
One note : there isn't a single freeze in your chart (and also in Hard) ! Maybe you could use some to make things better. If well used, you can brings new intersting things to your chart.

So, the chart doesn't have many isssues, it's pretty much like the Medium chart. But that's the problem, you have two similar charts, one slightly easier than the other, and a very tough Hard chart. I'm not saying difficulty should be scaled equally between Easy and Medium and Hard, but I think Medium and Easy here are a bit too similar.

So, I think the Easy chart is pretty okay, then I guess you can increase a bit the difficulty of the Medium chart, or even tone down the Easy chart a bit. Remember it runs at 260 bpm. 1/8th at 260 bpm are 1/16th at 130 bpm. Easy charts usually don't go at these speeds. It's up to you to decide what to do, but I definitely think difficulty needs to be readjusted somewhere.

i could go on like this but ill leave that to you, several parts in this chart are just wack, dont have any consistency, several parts have the same notes but arent the same sound/consistent (example 98.486-98.716) that whole part was random 8th jumps yet those were the same?? more variety is needed

this hard chart needs some changes before it will be accepted, mainly layering and other shit
