...my horrible attempt of a pun as a title. We're currently a song behind, so I would like to take the time to update all of our userbase about the two new releases.
Our first song featured in this front page post is ASDFSong. ASDFSong (pronounced ass-duff-song) comes from the very popular five-video series known as asdfmovie (ass-duff-moo-vee). asdfmovie has gone far past the point of viral, collecting well over one hundred million views as a series on YouTube. Lil Deuce Deuce's musical compilation of some of the series' best and most hilarious moments has also reaped the benefits, collecting nearly two million views on his own song. Now it comes to ThirdStyle, courtesy of the man that does it all, Nocturne. For those of you who haven't had the chance to play this hilarious song, it actually has quite a bit of musical value. It does a great job fusing some 8-bit melodies in the introduction with your typical dubstep wobbles and bass rushes. The chart brings a challenge to its entire demographic over every difficulty, featuring some sort of challenge in comparison to your typical player of each difficulty. There's also a few BPM change/stop combinations to create some visual choppiness for the bass instruments, all of which are tastefully done.

The second song featured in this post is The Lovely, Freezing, Tomboyish Bath, Cirno's Hot Spring, by IOSYS. It has been quite a while since we have seen an IOSYS song in game (almost six months!), and somehow, everyone's favorite Touhou little ice fairy managed to fight through the summer heat. Despite not being able to count to 9, Cirno brings quite a challenge to the table with this file with numerous BPM changes scattered all throughout the file. Outside of the BPM tricks, this song also moves very quickly and will provide a reasonable challenge. Cirno couldn't come up with something this elaborate on her own though -- this chart was created by yoshl, who is very quickly making a name for himself with these extremely difficult to score on charts. If you'd like to take a shot at Cirno's Hot Spring, you'll need to buy it in the ThirdStyle store for 800 StylePoints.
