Working on notes for this chart. Stay tuned. Will try to have them done in the next few hours.

    Before I even begin:

The audio quality of the MP3 used for the chart is disgraceful. Go here: http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/71906 and download a good quality one.

I do not know if I am allowed to halt a chart's progress regardless of notes due to MP3 quality, but you really NEED to fix that before this hits the queue.

Trust me it's all choppy sounding on my end, it's less quality sounding than the FFR one.

But if it works for the rest of you I guess.

    {Initial Submission}

    Key:

    (T) Technique - Sim author's skills in pattern manipulation
    (S) Sync - Offset, BPM shifts, no misrhythms (obvious errors)
    (I) Interpretation/Expression - Creativity and imagination in translating the music, evoking meaningfulness in the file
    (E) Engagement - Fun, is re-playable, and shows no signs of dragging the player along
    (F) Flow - Matching scales/chord progression, proper structure to the file, good transitions
    (A) Additional deductions / Additions

NOTE: I use Dreamstudio, and as such will be giving you times and not beats.

    Sync -> Fine.

    Hard: 2/3/2/3/2/(0) [13/15]

First 16th stream: Consider changing the patterns to flow more like your 2nd 16th stream. That stream was sexy. This one... Not so much.
83.833 - 89.319 - Layer this properly and the runningman is uneeded here. (Jumps on the 8ths and singles on the quarters.)
104.061 - add the quarter here and eliminate the 192nd as it's uneeded and makes no logical sense.
106.119 - 127.033 - All the 192nds littered in here are not needed. I know it looks cool and forces you mentally to add some emphasis but there's no reason in this case to do this. Despite my love of the 192nd note.

Overall: This chart is really nostalgic to the FFR one with a nice twist on the end as a curve ball. Fix your 192nds and possibly attempt to improve the flow and this chart could be just amazing.

    Conditionally Accepted
Fix the red text stuff and it's good enough for me.

    Medium: 3/3/3/3/1/(0) [13/15]

Intro - 11.833 I would suggest possibly taking out the jumps because at 11.833 another sound comes in so it'd give the feeling of intensifying

Do you see this picture? Everytime this happens I die a little inside. Please fix this I beg you. There is literally no reason for minijacks here.
    Spoiler!

89.319 - 93.433 - LOL WHAT ARE THESE ANCHORS. Strongly recomend these be changed to be more reasonable. I know what you're doing, but this is almost a chart wrecker bro.
188.350 and the following 12th note - Dejump these. No reason for jumps on those.
All 8th note streams: You may wish to consider riding the right hand a lot less. It's quite one handed biased, but I do understand what you are doing and only recomend a check and changes to the patterns that you see fit. It reminds me much of the {Midnight} 16th streams in terms of how awkward it will be.

Overall: I dig it, but I'd like to see it modified slightly to make more sense and be slightly less... Anchored.

    Conditionally Accepted.
    Fix the red text part.

    Easy: 3/3/3/3/3/(-1) [14/15]

16.290 - Would prefer to see this not be a Minijack, but it's not "wrong" or "inacurate" as it actually does do that. More of a "flow" issue for this level.
52.290 - More one handed stuff I disagree with. Not a "must" change though recomended. Consider the others as they appear as well please.
Side note: In your quarter note streams those little quarter note jacks are clever I applaud
109.890 - This note cannot be a jack it's a completely different pitch.
Ending slowdown section: I like what you did here making it get easier as it fades. Clever

overall: A lot of my suggestions are more subjective rather than "must" fixes here. You've done some pretty clever things with this chart and I'm happy to see it. I'd like to see it flow slightly better, but I feel as if it's not bad enough to dock you for it. the -1 is mostly because it's subjective stuff, and I don't think it's quite the definition of "perfect."

    Accepted.

    Beginner: 2/3/3/3/1/(0) [12/15]

    Starts on: 1.376 Ends at: 192.568 (191.192 seconds) with a total of: 306 notes -> ~1.6 NPS

21.090, 21.433, 21.776 - These three notes should be arranged into a different pattern. This is the easy chart, keep it simple. Also change this the other time it appears a bit further in.
86.576 - 88.633 - You transfer what you're stepping for no reason. Put it back so it makes sense and doesn't confuse the player. You do this by simply taking out the 4th note @86.576 and shift the rest of the quarter notes till the time I listed down a whole quarter note.
101.833 and 103.890 - I recomend you take these out and fill the gap a different way. I understand what you're stepping, but really these notes are a jerk move on this level.
111.261 - 116.747 - I don't understand why you went to a one handed pattern here.Recomend you change it to the previous pattern. There's also a spot where you jack this same thing a little further in. That one should be changed to a 4 2 3 ish sort of pattern. You're jumping around these patterns and it just doesn't make sense.
172.976 - END - More one handed patterns I would prefer very much be changed.

Overall: Please consider those one handed pattern changes. While not "required" I cannot urge you more to change it for the sake of the fact you should remember that people who probably haven't played this game before will be the ones playing this most likely.
You don't want to give them harsh patterns and drive them away. I do like the what I would say "unique" aproach to this first chart.

    (A) Additional deductions

    Hard: 2/3/3/3/2/(0) [13/15]

27.605 to 38.576 - It took me a minute to understand why your 8th notes were jumps rather than your 4th notes. While I do understand it, I feel it may be better if you used the jumps to accent the bass hits on the 4th notes.
39.947 to 83.833 - I personally would really like to see more relevance to the melody in the run here.
105.776 to 127.719 - I think the grace notes are a really nice touch here.
129.090 to 170.233 - Again I'd like to see a bit more relevancy to the melody here. It feels like you go in and out of it a little bit.
    Outro - Nice slowdown

Overall the chart is pretty solid. I don't have any required fixes, but you may want to take a look into some of the suggestions.

    Medium: 2/3/3/2/1/(0) [11/15]

5.662 - Should be a jump since you accent all the other bass hits with jumps here.
22.119 to 27.605 - Even though you can get away with it, I do recommend changing the repeated taps here. It'll provide this section with a little more variety.
39.934 to 72.682 - The 8th run is alright, I'd probably recommend accenting a few jumps here and there in it to keep it a bit more interesting.
72.862 to 83.833 - It's a bit odd to go out of the 8th run here then go back into it when the song is staying consistent.
89.319 to 105.766 - Your jump usage is very inconsistent here.
105.766 to 127.719 - The intensity of the song remains the same here but you drop down to only quarter notes.
129.090 to 170.233 - Again 8th run is okay, maybe a few jump accents to spice it up a bit.
172.290 - Why do you leave this quarter note out?
    172.976 - And this one?
Outro - Jump usage is inconsistent.

Overall this chart needs a little bit of work with all the inconsistencies. That's my biggest issue with it, fix those up a bit and the chart should be good to go.

    Easy: 2/3/3/3/2/(0) [13/15]

Not too bad for an easy chart, the only thing I recommend is smoothing out a few patterns to be more easy player friendly, for example getting rid of some of the one hand stuff you have like the 434.

    Beginner: 2/3/3/3/2/(0) [13/15]

Like with the easy chart the only thing I'd recommend is making some of the patterns a bit more beginner friendly where you have higher tps. Like if you have a 3 note sequence you're better off doing either all on the same finger (111, 222, etc) or putting them in a row (123, 234, 432, etc)

    Spoiler!

    {Blaze} (IchigoKurosaki1)
    -> offset is fine
    - BPM is incorrect at end of file. In DDreamStudio, go to 172.976 seconds in your chart and click the beat. Press G to grow/shrink the region -- you'll know you've selected the correct beat if it says grow to: 147.000. Change that value to 146.695.

    Hard: 2/2/2/3/2/(0) [11/15] - Light Reject
    - 27.604 to 38.576: ahhhh, the luxury of having only four notes to squish two relevant things. I see that you're trying to follow both the melody and the bass with proper relevancy, but there are a ton of repeated taps that would indicate some sort of repeating note or sound, and that simply isn't the case.
    - 39.947 to 83.833: looking at the beginning of the chart, it's clear that you understand pitch relevancy. Now it's time to put it to work. These run patterns are scattered and are all over the place in the second half.
    - 83.833 to 94.804: this section is really interesting to look at (and not in a bad way, either). The first half is really nicely done, as the main point of relevance is the bass on the left and right arrows, which switches appropriately. The second half stresses percussion - the jumps follow bass and clap (minus the second jump at 89.661), and the down and up arrows almost seem like they're following the hi-hat. It plays surprisingly well.
    - 94.804 to 105.776: the structure can be improved slightly. Remember, the song is still moving with a pretty strong bass drum every beat, so there most certainly shouldn't be any blank spaces on quarter notes. I'm not saying that you should layer the notes I'm suggesting that you add - I'm saying you should fill in blank spaces, leaving whatever you have alone. Outside of the empty spaces, this section is well executed.
    - 105.776 to 116.747: Not a fan of this section simply because all elements of the section before are still intact, yet the layering gets drastically reduced. The 64th grace notes work nicely, but I'm not so sure about the 192nds you have. In your defense, the white notes are actually relevant to the piano, but... against you, they land precisely on a quarter note, so they shouldn't be separated.
    - 116.747 to 129.090: Looks alright.
    - 129.090 to 172.976: run patterns can definitely be improved.
    - outro has a few jumps that don't make sense (173.588, 175.221 - basically, notes where the string in far background and the melodic string don't coincide)

    Medium: 2/2/2/2/2/(0) [10/15] - Rejected
    - 5.661: for the sake of layering, this should be a jump. I looked a bit further down too see if there were any instances of jumps and taps within 1/16th of a note from one another, and there are, so try to keep your structure somewhat consistent all the way through.
    - 16.204: jump on the offbeat is a bit unorthodox for a Medium chart...
    - 16.633 to 27.604: this section has a few inconsistencies in it. 19.2040 would be an understandable repeated tap if you were following the melody, but being that you're alternating taps for the bass (which would be why it switches to a right arrow, for pitch purposes), it doesn't seem correct. You could manipulate the jump at 19.033 for a more favorable result. Same issue happens in the second half very frequently, and there's actually a jump at 24.690 that doesn't appear anywhere else.
    - 39.947 to 72.861: very drawn out 8th note run. It could use some more pattern manipulation (or even a few jumps sprinkled for certain accents).
    - 72.861 to 83.661: I understand switching in and out of certain themes within your chart to avoid repetition, but you're interrupting a running melody of the song, which is a bit odd.
    - 83.833: whoa buddy, that triple wasn't on Hard, you meanie
    - 89.319 to 93.433: I'd move all of the jumps down a beat here to hit the claps... boom/CLAP/boom/CLAP, etc.
    - 94.804 to 105.776: jumps are very strangely used here
    - 105.776 to 116.747: see Hard
    - 129.090 to 170.233: see 39.947 to 72.861
    - 172.290/172.976: missing note
    - 172.976 to end: misrhythms galore. Reference your hard chart for proper rhythms. Structure is also inconsistent here as well.

    Easy: 2/2/3/2/3/(0) [12/15] - Conditionally Accepted
    - the beginning taps are a bit awkward being on their own, no matter what you do - I'd suggest starting on 5.661 for this chart
    - 26.919: overly-aggressive pattern/rhythm compared to the rest of the chart
    - 50.919 to 61.890: for a bit more accuracy to the music, I'd push the three 8th note sequences back a beat (i.e. starting at 51.947 instead of 52.290, 53.319 instead of 53.661, etc)
    - 78.847: similar to the Medium chart, you're interrupting the running melody of the song by following bass first and melody second. Pick one.
    - 94.804: don't be afraid to use 8th notes to accommodate for the string instrument at places like 94.804 and 95.833, and you could even do it at 97.890 by stepping the first three notes and repeating the note at 98.576 - be creative!
    - 140.061 to 151.033: no 8th notes like at 50.919 to 61.890?
    - 172.290: quite awkward not having this note
    - 172.976: misrhythms galore. Reference your hard chart for proper rhythms.

Fix the sync issue mentioned at the beginning of the notes and correct the rhythms.

    Beginner: 2/3/2/3/3/(0) [12/15] - Conditionally Accepted
    first tap: 1.376; last tap: 192.608; length: 191.232; taps: 306; NPS: 1.60

    - within NPS threshold
    - like the Easy chart, I highly suggest removing the 8ths in the beginning and starting at 5.661.
    - 27.604: being that the clap disappears, it would be very appropriate to switch the rhythm back to beats 1 and 3
    - 35.490: this switch in rhythm is strange
    - 86.576: the clap is still going, and the rhythm switch seems strange since there's nothing really prevalent on those beats
    - end of this chart needs work, as it's a bit hard for Beginner compared to the rest of the chart. Add the missing notes at 186.678 and at 188.723, and then remove the 8th notes that have a quarter note immediately after. This way, you're accommodating for the melody with a proper rhythm, and not doing something extreme for a new player to do so.

Overall, the chart isn't bad. However, ambiguous rhythm usage is not a good thing in a beginner chart, so you need to smooth out those rhythm changes. Also, tweak the ending a bit.
