    (T) Technique - sim author's skills in pattern manipulation
    (S) Sync - offset, BPM shifts, no misrhythms (obvious errors)
    (I) Interpretation/Expression - creativity and imagination in translating the music, evoking meaningfulness in the file
    (E) Engagement - fun, replayable and shows no signs of dragging the player along
    (F) Flow - matching scales/chord progression, proper structure to the file, good transitions

    Offset should be -0.195

    Hard: 3/2/3/3/2/(0) [13/15]

M1 to M9 - Some of the freezes seem to be going past the sound, but I guess it's okay since it's makes it stand out with the others to distinguish what it's following easier.
M9 to mid M17 - The flow of the 32nds is a bit rigid.
M29 to M38 - The gimmick works out nicely here.
    M39 to M55 - Again the 32nd patterns feel a bit rigid.

Pretty solid chart, I'd love if the patterns were a little smoother in the 32nd areas but otherwise I really have no complaints.

    Medium: 2/2/3/3/3/(0) [13/15]

M10 to M17 - I understand why you did it this way but it feels almost too easy in comparison to hard.
M29 to M38 - You picked good patterns for the gimmick section here.
M39 to M55 - Again feels a little on the empty side given the hard chart. I'm not sure if there's much you can do with it though, but it may be worth experimenting with a little.

    Easy: 3/2/3/2/3/(0) [13/15]

I don't have too much to say about easy, it's a pretty solid file. It also feels slightly empty in the sections that I mentioned for medium, but it does work.

    Beginner: 3/2/3/3/3/(0) [14/15]

Some of the patterns are a little on the tricky side for beginner, but overall nice job. I like how you handled the gimmick section.
