god dammit, I was going to chart this.
ThirdStyle is now temporarily going to be-style.
EDIT: also, for future reference, don't glorify the permissions, haha. they're for TS; yes, I seeked them but they're not "by me", because I address people being a member of TS.

'Kyle Ward permissions by Halogen-' sounds like a fragrance
Seems to be a big problem with the bpm, the beginning bpm is 155647, it actually caused stepmania to crash, please fix this so i can test.
#BPMS:0=155647,1=140.126,2=140,221=139.993,222=140 ;
Looking at ddream you seem to have two different bpms on the same beat, which causes sm to crash.
You fixed the bpm error, but you forgot to adjust your offset, song is off by an entire 4th note.
Derek, all you had to do was delete beat and shift up, takes a second in SM >.>
Fixed again. V3 up. BPM and offset fixed
Spoiler!

Minimum acceptance: 12/15
-> offset changed from -0.010 to -0.017
Hard: 3/2/2/3/2/(0) [12/15]
- 20.910: ghost note
- 26.910: if you're following the active melody, there should be a note here
- 29.053: it's a bit hard to tell what you're following in this particular area because it feels like you're switching back and forth, but there's a pretty clear note not caught by the chart here
- 42.231: missing note
- 42.874: 32nd blip should be 5 notes
- 44.803: missing note
- 45.446/45.660: missing note - also, if you listen around this area, there's a repeating set of 16th triplets within the melody that could be used for a nice visual representation
- 49.088: missing note
- 49.731: 32nd blip here also should be 5 notes
- 51.660: missing note
- 53.588 to 66.446: why did you make this a jumpstream? just curious. What you have here is acceptable, but make sure you capture all of the notes in the chime as jumps (you miss 54.017/54.231/55.946/etc).
- interesting pattern manipulation at 56.160, unorthodox but certainly not incorrect
- 69.821/73.249/76.678/80.106/86.193: no 32nd here
- 110.481: missing note
- 110.642: ghost note
- also worth mentioning: there are quite a few 32nds missing in the sections that start at 15.874 and 97.303, and they could certainly be filled in for a more constant difficulty; take a look at 24.446, 26.160, 105.874, 107.588 -- in these sections, the 32nds are actually four notes long, not three.
Overall, the chart is not bad. It's passable as is, but can certainly be cleaned up in a few spots. It flows really nicely in some spots, though.
Medium: 3/3/3/3/2/(0) [14/15]
- 9.017: no jump for cymbal crash?
- 42.231: with how aggressive this area is, you can afford to stick this missing note here
- 44.803: and here
- 49.088: and here
- 53.588 to 67.303: acceptable syncopation
Not much wrong. Syncopation from 53.588 to 67.303 was a bit strange to me, but listening to it complement the song proves that it does make some sense.
Easy: 3/3/3/3/2/(0) [14/15]
- 22.731: not a fan of this rhythm switch
- 26.160: suddenly, aggressive with 16th gallops?
- 39.874 to 66.874: very good section
- 104.160: again, not a fan of this rhythm switch, also has the somewhat aggressive 16th gallops
Good chart; might be a bit confusing for those who have trouble keeping a steady rhythm, because the structure becomes a bit unpredictable at times.
Beginner: 2/3/2/2/2/(0) [11/15]
First tap: 2.160; last tap: 121.303; length: 119,143; taps: 211; NPS: 1.77
- pretty solid pattern structure, although a bit difficult in some spots
- 53.588 to 66.446: 2.33 NPS quarter note streams, and the patterns are pretty complex for a new player. Disproportionately harder than the rest of the chart.
- more short quarter note streams in the second half...
It's really hard for me to do anything with this chart. It has some great relevance in the first half, but that second half is so rough... (No weight on judgment for this chart; use other judgments.)
OP updated v2
Spoiler!
All difficulties - I really didn't see anything on the charts that I needed to go into lengthy detail about. The resubmission looks great all around.
