Contact the artist of the song if they are unsigned. Unless you can't and they are signed, then contact their label/management

Hey guys, do we have permission for "CBR Presents Omnicore!", y'know, that FFR album? There's a lot of steppable music on there and I already started Kazoku Totalus by Scylaax. :3 I know FFR has permissions, but it's an album made by FFR musicians, so I'm not sure if it's CC or they're an exception since it's their music, essentially. If we did have permissions, it could be good for the whole inter-site relationship everyone's so interested in if we stepped a couple of their songs, I guess. xD

Can whoever got Glome permission answer a quick question for me?

I found a song on his page that I wish to step and submit, but unlike some of the other songs in the player, this one wasn't available for download and only contained a small snippet of the song (about a minute, the entire song is about 3:30). I believe the song is found on a compilation CD of sorts, but I'm not sure since I can't read a damn thing on the site rofl

I was able to download the song elsewhere, but does this mean we don't have permission to step this? It meets the requirement of being found on his official site, but I'm not entirely sure at this point...

His site license terms are actually pretty confusing...it's like a CC license sometimes and other times not, although there seems to be no difference (looking at Koshiyokoshi's translation).

Anyway, most of the sub-1min stuff is on compilations. You can go to the album page by clicking the little arrow on the right in the player, although the kmnr links are dead. My guess is because they're not on site, and they're for sale as well, we don't have permission.
