Extended periods of rhythm gaming leave me with sore wrists.

I was just wondering if anyone knows of any ways to solve this?

I heard that apparently playing with a concave set-up such as wdhu will reduce my chance of injury and increase my PA, but is that true or just a rumour? Any other tips too? :(

I would try using a keyboard rest of some sort if you can get one. Do you think that would help you?

At least it's not carpal tunnel >.<

I don't know, I don't have a keyboard rest, but it could be a good idea. :B I'm looking into getting a Lycosa once I get my job sorted out and my new laptop, so maybe it won't be so bad then. This keyboard isn't the best for gaming and I don't want to injure myself properly. D:

It's definitely some form of RSI, but I don't think it's full blown Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. :B

I was most curious about the different set-up though, I heard that genuinely works at reducing strain and apparently increasing PA, but I'm not sure. D:

You could always just take a break for a day or two, I've had to do that, resting your arms on a table helps though.

I can honestly say that playing a concave (can't remember if it's that or convex) set-up has helped me increase my stamina a little already. It's a little awkward to get used to, but it's a lot nicer for playing with. I'm currently using qsko.

Hmmm really? Perhaps I shall try a qs 56 set up.

It's genuinely worked, it's just taking a little getting used to. :B

Also notable is that using qsko I can also set solo up to be qweuio and have an askl spread configuration, so I could easily switch. :P (In SM, of course.)

i almost do the opposite, but I'm lucky in the respect of no sore wrists ;o
