I came across here on a thread a year ago via the EE (Everybody Edits) forums, where someone posted a thread about not-lagging by using the PC's spare space, and linked to here, minding my curiosity, I came here, and enjoyed it!

I was looking for some song packs for SM since I hadn't downloaded any for a year or so and found a link to TS in the process somehow. I only tried playing 2-3 songs before leaving again though.
In the winter break I was at my parents place and therefore only had my laptop with me. I decided to give TS a chance since I only had SM installed on my Desktop. Even though I had to play on my crappy laptop keyboard, I came to like this site.

After the FFR crash, I looked for any ffr related sites about every few days until I came upon lightdarkness, then slowly that led into some forums. (2nd time ever using forums, 1st was rs lol) Then that became thirdstyle forums, and then I checked to see when the site for the actual game would come up everyday, little did I know that I just had to type /forum/ in order to access the beta.. So I was here day 1 and was the first to 100m points (which were a little harder to get back then) and plan on staying until the site dies or I do. =)

i popped in here after tass posted a gameplay video on his youtube, then i figured "hey, the ppl here are awesome =D" after that i figured "hey this game is awesome =D" and so i stayed <3
i think actually koko made me stay, i remember him being one of the first ppl i talked to in the chat, think we talked for like an hour about minecraft or something xD And now i know pretty much erryone here, huh, TS have actually sort of shaped me when i think :o in a good way ^^

I had a file that was supposedly accepted during the Tass era, but he never put it in because it had gimmicks. The game was actually flooded with gimmick charts at the time, compared to now.

I was searching videos of Cirno's Perfect Math Class on Youtube and saw a video of someone getting an AAA on the chart for that song. Had no previous experience with FFR (or even DDR for that matter), so I am slowly getting the hang of it here on Thirdstyle!

By the way, Cirno's Perfect Math Class-beginner was the first song I AAA'd! (Fun song, all four charts are awesome!)

Then I got off my computer and got shot, so now I chat on/play TS for all the time I'm not doing all my ghostly tasks. it was somewhere in november that i waited for FFR to come back again, but i got tired, because FFR had a small scroll view, terrible framerate when lagging,...
it was also almost 2 weeks after o2jam died in the philippines (started playing ffr 5 months before it happened), so i've been finding a good music game on facebook and google (maybe i was that stupid for not finding TS early back then)... then i checked on an FFR facebook page at says: ThirdStyle/FFR. i saw the link, and played it (as asfgrt) then gradually not playing FFR anymore...

months later... i asked KcirtapNaj and DJzAIKz to play TS too...

(irrelevant question: where did the name ThirdStyle come from?)

The name ThirdStyle originated from FFR, sorta an inside joke. Short version, a release on FFR that never happened.
