Sorry for the delayed news post, we've had quite a day today with a database server upgrade hiccup and are making sure everything is in tip-top shape for all of you at ThirdStyle and FFR!
Before I continue, I'd like to give out some very special thanks as there were tons of people involved in yesterday's contest (and this whole event in general) from both TS and FFR. Thanks to <a href="/profile/kisler">kisler</a> and <a href="/profile/hi19hi19">hi19hi19</a> for such amazing news posts (much better than mine will ever be ;_;) to keep everyone engaged. Thanks to <a href="/profile/bmah">bmah</a>, <a href="/profile/jimerax">jimerax</a>, and <a href="/profile/saphira">Saphira</a> aka <a href="http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/profile/psychoangel691">psychoangel691</a> for helping me organize the event, the requirements, and prizes! Also, thanks to all the talented steppers on both sites, without you guys we wouldn't have any arrows to begin with! From the TS side, I'd like to extend a thank you to <a href="/profile/Nocturne">Nocturne</a> and <a href="/profile/Heronius">Heronius</a> for making some amazing backgrounds for our songs. And finally, a BIG thank you to everyone who participated in <a href="/stats/xmas_event">yesterday's competition</a>. The 262 plays of <a href="/stats/level_scores/203">Operation: Evolution</a> (~20 shy of a theoretical maximum possible in a day) by <a href="/profile/dragon890x">dragon890x</a> are just amazing! Incredible, LEGENDARY status.

Nedeleg Laouen! is a festive song by Newgrounds artist TroisNyxEtienne. The name means "Happy Christmas!" in Breton… a close linguistic cousin to languages such as Welsh. The more you know! FF7 Battle is a heavy rock take on a classic video game tune, stepped by megamon88. With both music and stepfiles by megamon88 in FFR, it’s clear he is a man of many talents!
Finally, the one and only #diss masta and lyrical genius of ThirdStyle, the infamous, you know who he is, <a href="/profile/rep-it">THE PHAT JAMES</a> would like to get in the holiday spirit too. He has made something special for everyone collecting <a href="/store">Sacrifice Tass</a>. We're getting closer and closer to giving <a href="/profile/Tasselfoot">Tasselfoot</a> mangina status :).
