It's alot more than just the campaign X

there is the main campaign and then probably like 5+ side campaigns with 100's or more sidequests dotted around.

it will take weeks to complete every quest


oh and then you can fiind all the shouts if you want, they all have three stages and there are like 14 of them i think, scattered around the world. luckily the dudes at high hrothgar help you find them.

Yeah I have been so sucked into skyrim... Its the reason why I haven't been stepping or playing thirdstyle

I have played the game, I use xbox360 controller and you can easly see it uses the exact same engine like fallout 3 (which it does)
but I find it boring like I spent 5 hours playing the campaign and was bored like **** the entire time cuz its boring like shit.
and like sometimes if you play a game you have to get used to the controles but hey skyrim != fallout 3 but medieval.
so I just played another 3 hours doing other random stuff like killing giants and mammoths.
with the giants just stand behind a little cliff the walk away then you go up and the come back, stupid ass AI.
same with every other NPC, even how it works is the exact same as fallout 3, chat system, team system, fight system is all the same, the only thing thats different is that instead of that auto aim system you ****en shout.
I want a game that isnt another ****ing version of fallout 3, fallout 3 and new vegas were enough and they already pissed me of with bugs, now this game can join that list.

It's overall a good game. Story line is good, kinda boring at first, but it catches on. Then all the side stuff is given already, so many hours can be put into it.

As for what said, Yes, it's basically the same thing. But what do you expect, it's from the same producer. Bethesda Softworks. So, things are going to be similar.

But in my own opinion, it's a good game. Almost done with the Campaign, and already arch-mage of the college :D

Haha, other "skyrim is fallout with swords" loser - i you really want to go that way, fallout is elderscrolls with guns, they have been making elderscrolls games long before they got there hands on fallout.

anyways, sure the engine is similar, and so are the physics, But what? do you expect them to create an entirely new engine for a new game, no they just improve on the last one. derp, i see no issues with it, it has no limitations, so they are using good tech.

but really, the game is an entirely new artistic representation, an entirely new world space, and flawless storylines. Those who prefer the fantasy genre, and a deep storyline to the shooter genre will fall in love with this game. No doubt.

wait there are other people that go that skyrim is fallout?, cuz I'm the only one that has said it from the places were I go, but then again I dont go to main stream gaming sites because I dont care about main stream games like I normaly play indi games or old rts games from 1999 only, I only played this piece of shit cuz koko aka internet was going that it was a great game and I would love it, I tried to play it more after that rage post of mine but to bad its still a piece of shit thats unstable like hell and bugged like shit so it pissed me of and I was like **** that and just stopped playing.
as for "sure the engine is similar" it isnt similar, it is the same engine, the exact same one, thats why I called it fallout but medieval because it is fallout in medieval, the only reason I played fallout 3 was because I got it for free else I would never play it
because I also think its a piece of shit haha, but I still played it to the end because it was sorta fun because I like post apocalypse stuff.
I also played new vegas but I quited it because it was so bugged like ****, its more bugged than skyrim that's for sure, but you can easily take roads past things if you know you cant win.
while if you look at skyrim, I have ****ing blade armor and still arrows hurt me like ****, like you could have a tank or something and the arrows would still kill you in 8 shots, but then you go to fight bandits, herp derp ****ing easy dead.
and then you go in to some ****ing dungeon for the campaign quest and you get owned like ****, like I tried one part 10 times over because I got easily owned like **** but then I was like **** this, open console, kill all, k done.
but that I have to open console and use kill all to cheat because the balance of this game is so crap is insane, I'll come back when company's can make good games that don't ****ing stuck, till them, **** skyrim, its a ****ing overated piece of shit

Lol, do you expect to walk in all crazy and beat everything to death easily? It's called potions my friend, you can't play without them.

And about the bugs, there is 400+ hours of gameplay... what do you expect? There is only so much testing that can be done, admittedly it is a console port, that pissed me off, but they did release a day one patch, and they have completed the second patch, and it's waiting for certification.
