Hard
- sync is off - needs to be adjusted
- missing notes - more steps need to be added to accent some other sounds
- misrhythms for most for the file (there shouldnt be 24ths and etc - just 16ths 8ths and 4ths)
- not really entertaining for the most part

Offset is about 164 ms off. I can't tell what the actual value is, because the mp3 is so roaringly loud that the waveform is impossible to look at. BPM may be slightly off as well, by some very small amount...try exactly 140 as the BPM.

The offset change requires a full re-stepping, but I noticed the charts are very colorful. From the sound of the song, though, they probably should just be reds, blues, and yellows. Possibly dark purples.

If possible, try to find a better mp3 as well. The one given is extremely clipping.
